One of the good things about a CHA wedding is that the cost is straightforward. The Registrar will make additional charges for your paperwork, but all celebrants of the Caledonian Humanist Association charge the same fee wherever and whenever the wedding takes place, with no charge for travel for the first 50 miles.
In 2017, my fee is £425.00
In 2018 my fee will be £450.00
We at the CHA recognise that incomes aren't increasing as fast as the cost of living so in 2019, it will be the same - £450.00
If you want a rehearsal, which isn't essential but I generally recommend for reasons you can see here, you should allow a further £100.00.
The good news is that unlike the Humanist Society Scotland, which requires you to become members at an additional cost, membership of The Caledonian Humanist Association is entirely free.
Click here to see what that means, and if you decide to join, feel free to download your membership card and use it on your Facebook or other social media pages.
